By applying to and participating in the PetHut Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

• Affiliates must be approved by PetHut before earning commissions. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

• Commissions are earned on completed, non-refunded purchases made through approved affiliate links.

• Orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or self-referred are not eligible for commission.

• Affiliates may not promote PetHut using spam, misleading claims, coupon or deal sites (unless explicitly approved), paid search bidding on PetHut-branded terms, or any method that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

• PetHut reserves the right to review, withhold, or reverse commissions in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or improper promotion.

• Commission rates, program structure, and terms may be updated at any time with notice.

• Participation in the program does not grant affiliates ownership, partnership, or agency rights with PetHut.
